Think of stylize as a slider that changes how much artistic creativity is applied to your image. With a low stylize setting, it's like asking for an image that follows your prompt very closely—Midjourney sticks to the facts without much extra flair. With a higher stylize setting, it's like giving Midjourney more freedom to interpret your idea. The image might look more artistic and visually interesting, but it could stray from the exact details of your prompt.

Weird is a fun tool that spices up your images by adding a touch of the unusual or strange. When you use it, you’re telling Midjourney to take some creative risks. Weird gives you the power to create images that are more experimental or out‐of‐the‐box, allowing your creative ideas to wander into new, exciting places!

Chaos (also called Variety on midjourney.com) lets you add more variety to the image results you get from each prompt. By default chaos is set to 0, and Midjourney creates four images based on your prompt. If you want each image to look more different, increase the chaos level, but keep in mind that higher values mean the images can be quite different and may not stick as closely to your prompt, giving you unpredictable results.

To override your default generation speed for a single prompt, add --fast, --relax, or --turbo at the end of your prompt. By default, prompts use Fast generation.
