Welcome to Midjourney Prompt Manager! This tool helps you create, organize, and manage your Midjourney prompts professionally.

First Steps:

  1. Try the prompt editor on the homepage (no login required for basic use)
  2. Create a free account with email or Google
  3. Create your first project to start organizing prompts
  4. Explore the public gallery for inspiration

Using the Prompt Editor

The prompt editor is the heart of the application, designed to help you craft perfect Midjourney prompts.

Key Features:

  • Main Prompt: Enter your base idea or description
  • Style Categories: Choose from various artistic styles, themes, and techniques
  • Parameters: Fine-tune with aspect ratio, quality, chaos, and other Midjourney parameters
  • Live Preview: See your complete prompt update in real-time
  • Copy Button: One-click copy with optional /imagine prefix for Discord

Pro Tips:

  • Use the info icons next to style options to see example images
  • Combine multiple styles for unique results
  • Save prompts to projects for easy reuse and iteration
  • The golden prompt box shows exactly what will be sent to Midjourney

Managing Projects

Projects help you organize related prompts and track your creative work.

Project Features:

  • Organization: Group related prompts by theme, client, or campaign
  • Privacy Control: Set projects as public or private
  • Status Tracking: Mark projects as active, paused, or completed
  • Quick Actions: Clone projects, add to favorites, or share with teams

Creating a Project:

  1. Click "New Project" from your dashboard
  2. Give it a descriptive name
  3. Add optional notes or client information
  4. Choose visibility (public/private)
  5. Start adding prompts!

Your Profile & Artist Page

Build your reputation as a prompt artist with a customizable profile.

Profile Settings:

  • Username: Your unique handle (shown in gallery as @username)
  • Display Name: Your public name on your artist page
  • Bio: Tell others about your style and interests
  • Profile Image: Upload a custom avatar (3:4 ratio recommended)
  • Social Links: Add your website, X (Twitter), and Instagram

Your Artist Page:

Access your public artist page at: /artists/[your-username]

  • Showcases all your public prompts
  • Displays your profile information and social links
  • Visitors can browse and rate your work
  • Perfect for sharing your portfolio

Teams & Collaboration

Work together with Teams - perfect for agencies, studios, or collaborative projects.

Team Features:

  • Shared Projects: All team members can access team projects
  • Role Management: Owners, admins, and members with different permissions
  • Centralized Billing: One subscription covers the entire team
  • Activity Tracking: See what your team is working on

Managing Your Team:

  1. Create a team from your dashboard
  2. Invite members via email from team settings
  3. Assign roles (admin for full access, member for standard access)
  4. Create team projects that all members can contribute to
